Offcamber

Offcamber is exactly what it says it is, the trail runs slopped off to one side. This can be quite tricky and is best dealt with by pedalling through the section or by applying pressure to the downhill pedal. This digs the contact patch of the tyre into the ground. To illustrate this point find a clear piece of ground, get up some speed then practice cornering, first with your pedals level, then with the outside one pushed down with some weight on it.

Notice the difference ?
It's basically the same principle.
Offcamber becomes a bit harder when wet and rooty, it's my worst nightmare and gets me off the bike all the time.
