Some people can't ride without them, some can't ride with them. I find that they not only protect your eyes but through some magical force seem to help me concentrate on the task in hand. The only problems arise when it's wet, this is when you need them most, but also when they are most likely to steam up.

Look after your goggles by rinsing them in water instead of wiping them with a cloth, as this will scratch them up in no time at all. For the sake of about £25 your eyes are safe, blinder.
